Screen Printing & Embroidery

Embroidery is an ideal and very cost-effective way of displaying your logo, crest, or name. The advantage of embroidery over heat-seal or screen printing are longevity of the actual logo, not fading in higher temperature washes, a more professional look and feel and the option to have your logo reproduced in up to twelve colours for each design.

A screen printed garment is an excellent item of promotional merchandise and is a cost effective way of advertising your message, brand or event. From a single-colour design to a more complex reproduction of a photo using computerised automated print machines, screen printing will give a perfect result every time.

Other Types of Print

Digital transfer printing: This is without doubt the most economical route of garment decoration, especially for smaller orders. There are no screen-set up costs and often this is a suitable solution for garments that cannot be screen printed or embroidered. The end result will be sharp with an impressive finish!

Discharge printing: A technique used to bleach and re-dye fabric producing vivid colours and an extremely soft feel.

Foil printing: Produces a mirrored effect.

Re-labelling service: We offer the removal and replacement of original labels with your own personalised printed or woven label.

Folding and bagging: For that finishing touch, and at very little cost, we offer an individual folding and bagging service. Your finished garment arrives in a clear polythene sealed bag which makes it ideal for tidy storage and will also ensure the garment remains in tip-top condition until it is required for use.

High build: A technique used to print Plastisol inks to give a raised print finish on the garment.

Puff printing: An additive is used in any plastisol ink to give it a raised finish.
